Braden

Braden is a Director at Sutcliffe Matson Law, an Auckland law firm specialising in property and conveyancing, family law, commercial law, and wills and estates. He is known for his friendly, positive approach and for providing trusted guidance and practical solutions that help clients reach their goals efficiently.

Braden holds an LLB/MA and brings a people-focused approach to every aspect of his work. He believes the best legal outcomes come from careful listening, understanding what matters most to clients, and providing clear, practical advice tailored to their circumstances. Whether working with families, couples or business owners, Braden focuses on building lasting relationships grounded in trust, understanding, and effective communication. To make legal advice as accessible as possible, he is available to meet clients at their home or at a time and place that suits them.

Outside the office, Braden is a devoted husband and father of three. He has been an active member of the Pohutukawa Coast community for more than a decade. In addition to coaching touch rugby and participating in local business networks, he serves as Chairman of the Counties Manukau Touch Committee and is committed to supporting the community his family calls home.

Many people are surprised to learn that Braden lived in Italy for two years and has represented Niue at a touch rugby tournament, reflecting his love of travel, culture, and sport.
