Ella

Ella is a Registered Legal Executive at Sutcliffe Matson Law, an Auckland law firm specialising in property and conveyancing. Her work is primarily focused on conveyancing, assisting clients in navigating everything from buying and selling property to refinancing. She works with a wide range of clients, including first-home buyers, families, couples, and investors, leading them through what can often be one of life's biggest milestones.

Ella prides herself on making the conveyancing process as smooth and stress-free as can be. She is known for her client-oriented approach, taking the time to build strong relationships and ensure clients feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. For her, every successful settlement is an achievement, especially when it ends with happy clients who can focus on celebrating rather than worrying about the process.

Ella's legal career began straight out of high school when she joined a law firm in Papakura as an Office Junior. From organising mail and files to assisting with the day-to-day running of the office, the role gave her an appreciation for every part of a law firm's operation and the importance of teamwork. She later progressed into a Legal Secretary role before completing her Legal Executive Diploma while working full-time, an achievement she remains particularly proud of.

Her colleagues describe her as competent, detail-oriented, and easy-going, qualities that are reflected in the calm and practical approach she brings to her work.

Outside the office, Ella keeps busy playing competitive netball and fitting in regular CrossFit sessions throughout the week. She is also an avid reader and enjoys discovering new restaurants and cafés whenever she gets the chance. Many people are surprised to learn that she holds a black belt in karate, a fact that doesn't always align with the friendly and approachable personality our team and clients know so well.
